Let’s continue the issues regarding Bonno housing, I inquired from following questions asked on Facebook, this is a response to what a majority were asking;

First things first

Bonno Housing scheme and Bonno Homeloan are not the same thing. Bonno Housing is actually given by BHC, and it’s not a loan as I was told. Bonno Homeloan is the one which is a loan given by NDB.

Now I will only give information about the Bonno Housing scheme, because they’re the ones who have answered me, while I wait for NDB to answer my calls.

Minimum wage needed to qualify for Bonno Housing scheme

P4440 per year.

Qualification

You need a plot/setsha only for those with a plot qualify.

Interest payment

P375 per month for 20 years
